Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit time are non-refundable.

To cancel your booking, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact our support team at hello@point.istanbul with your booking reference number.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the cancellation is approved. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

We cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals. If you miss your time slot, you may not be able to enter, and your ticket will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.

In the event of unforeseen closures due to technical issues, strikes, or extreme weather conditions, full refunds will be issued for all affected bookings automatically.
